How do your prices compare to those I'd get from selling through an estate agent?

It depends on a number of factors, including the type and location of the property. You’re more likely to achieve a higher price on the open market but there are no guarantees of a quick sale, plus you'll still have to pay additional costs such as home report fees, estate agency fees and legal fees. We also help you to find a solution beyond the property sale - eg. quick release of funds for your next property.


Do you offer true market value?

As you probably already know buying and selling property involves a lot of costs, we absorb all these costs so that you don't have to pay a penny. The price we offer takes into account legal fees, valuation fees, any renovating the property may need, future repairs and general up-keep of the property, any future re-sell costs, finance interest etc.

How do you establish the true market value?

We get an independent RICS Surveyor to value your property, that way you'll get the true value of your property.


How long does it take?

How quickly can I get the money?

Your solicitor will release the money as soon as the transaction is completed.


I don't have a solicitor?

Not a problem, we can recommend one. We will pay your solicitors fees.

Will anybody know about the sale?


You don't have to do anything. The solicitor will talk to them and arrange for their loan to be paid.

If we are being repossessed and we choose to sell to you, do we need to tell the lender who is repossessing us?
